Departure<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Please leave the room before 11 a.m. on the day of your departure.<\/p>\n

Booking conditions<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of a credit card number (16 digits + expiry date + cvc) or the deposit of a french bank cheque for the amount of one night. This guarantee does not constitute a settlement. Guests are thus free to settle their stay at the hotel by the method of payment of their choice on the day of departure.<\/p>\n

Accepted payment methods<\/strong><\/h2>\n

– Credit cards (CB, Visa, Euro\/Mastercard
\n– French bank cheques in euros
\n– Holiday vouchers (ANCV)
\n– Cash<\/p>\n

Conditions of cancellation or modification<\/strong><\/h2>\n

– More than 3 days before the date of arrival: cancellation or modification free of charge.
\n– Within this 3-day period: the booking is considered to be firm and any modification, cancellation or failure to show up will entail the debit of the booking.
\n– Early departure: the remaining nights will be debited.<\/p>\n

Any cancellation must be confirmed in writing (email, fax, letter). Cancellation fees will be debited from the bank card or the deposit cheque will be cashed.<\/p>\n

Guests are reminded that, in compliance with article L. 121-21-8 12 of the Consumer’s Code, they do not have the right of withdrawal set out in article L. 121-21 of the Consumer’s Code. The Sales Conditions specify the terms of cancellation and\/or modification of the booking.<\/p>\n
